Homeschool Farm Animal Program 

Time: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Place: Stonewall Farm, Keene, NH
Price: $10/student
Ages: All

In this program the students will be introduced to all of our farm animals by milking one of our dairy cows, meeting the calves, a brief introduction to the horses, learning about our goats, llama, chickens, rabbits, and sheep.  The students will also learn how to card and felt some of our sheep's wool, as well as going on a horse-drawn hayride around the Farm's pastures and wooded areas. Montessori Like Co-op

Time: 9:30 AM-12:00 PM
Place: Hooskett Library, Hooksett, NH (about 56 miles from Keene)

This multi-age co-op will involve parents bringing manipulatives, educational toys and tools to share in an open classroom.  There will be no schedule of activities.  Rather, children can move about to different activities as they would like and parents will be there to guide or demonstrate concepts as necessary.  For the first meeting, I will bring tangrams, dress-up clothes and craft supplies.  While this co-op isn't pure Montessori, it will definitely be hands-on and individually paced.  All ages are welcome and can come at any time during the co-op.  But I would like to limit the number of children to 15.
