Beavers, Otters and Mink, Oh My!

The Amoskeag Fishways presents a preschool program about otters, beavers and mink.  How do beavers build their lodges?  How fast can river otters swim?  Children will learn all about these adorable mammals who spend lots of time in the river and discover the special “tools” they have that help them live there.  Two sessions: 10am or 1pm.  Cost: $5 per family.  Advance registration with payment required.  Call 626-3474 for more information.

Dublin School welcomes the community to join us to View the Winter Night Sky
on Wednesday, February 22 from 7:00-8:00 pm at the Perkin Observatory.
Dessert and coffee will be served.

View the stars through the Perkin telescope and learn about the Winter Sky from Jonathan Weis, Director of the Observatory. The snow/cloud date will be Friday, February 24.
