4th Annual Autumn Waterfowl Safari

Time: 8:00 AM-1:30 PM
Place: Nelson Village Store (about 11 miles from Keene)

Join NH Audubon staff member and birding enthusiast Phil Brown in search of a dozen or more species of migratory waterfowl that stop over in our region’s numerous lakes and ponds. We’ll visit lakes in eight towns, and may see duck species including large flocks of scoters, as well as migrating loons and several grebe species. Departs from the Nelson Village Square at 8 a.m., and returns early afternoon, with a lunch stop along the way. Contact Phil for carpool and other details.
