Part One. The Physical Body: Immune Health and Digestive Wellness
The first session will be about foods, remedies and natural solutions that will support the body’s systems.
Also included will be natural solutions for allergies, asthma, digestive distress, sports injuries, fever, eczema, head lice, childhood chronic pain, and even diabetes.
Part Two.The Emotional Body: Mood and Brain Health
This second session will focus on emotional health and well-being. In our fast-paced lives, we are all more prone to stress. For children, this can be one factor that leads to learning and attention difficulties, depression, and anxiety--and the same goes for their parents! Learning how to use herbs, nutrition and natural healing remedies for emotional health can help to smooth out the difficult times and help bring your family closer together.
