Understanding Courage: It's Our World, Too

Participants in this three-part
afterschool service project will explore how young people have changed
the course of history and affected change in their communities. During
the three sessions, young people will learn how they can become more
active in our community. And each participant will design and create a
mixed media collage based on the theme of courage and community
involvement. Artwork will be displayed on city Express buses during the
spring and summer.

In this adaptation of the classic book, Claudia and Jamie learn some important truths about themselves as they attempt to unravel the mystery of the museum’s most fascinating work of art: a mysterious sculpture nicknamed Angel.
