Enjoy March by Ski, Snowshoe, or Foot

Time: 1:00 PM-3:00 PM
Place: Happy Valley School, 132 Gulf Rd., Peterborough, NH (about 22 miles from Keene)

Two to three miles for intermediate skiers, led by Ben Haubrich and Emily Hague. For the hikers, the distance will depend on conditions and what we see. Hikers will be led by Francie Von Mertens (Peterborough Conservation Commission member and honorary Harris Center trustee) along with a guide from Otter Brook Farm. Explore the two largest conservation easements in Peterborough and Greenfield! Rolling terrain and mostly wide trails. Meet at 1 pm, at Happy Valley School, 132 Gulf Road, Peterborough. Ends about 3 pm. Cosponsored with the Monadnock Conservancy.

Maple Madness Dinner

Time: 5:00 PM-7:30 PM
Place: The Inn at East Hill Farm, 460 Monadnock St., Troy, NH (about 9 miles from Keene)

Winter may be here right now, but soon the sap will be running for the maple season. Join Inn at East Hill Farm as they celebrate this timely tradition with a delicious maple feast, silent auction, and live music. Hors d'oeuvres begin at 5:00 p.m. and the sit down meal will begin at 6:00 p.m. The evening will also feature a silent auction to benefit the Monadnock Travel Council.

Prices are $22.95 per person age 16-adult, $12.95 per child age 5-15, and $7.50 per child age 2-4, plus tax & tip. BYOB. Reservations required.
