Homeschool Fall Semi-Formal 11/2 - Raynham, MA

When: Friday Nov. 2nd
Time: 6p (drop-off) and 10p (pick-up)

Details of event
a.. Dress: ladies - gowns, dresses (long or short) or skirts & blouses; gentlemen - suits or dress pants, shirt & tie (NO jeans, tees, or casual wear)
b.. Buffet-style sit down dinner will be served promptly at 7pm and will include Chicken, Brocolli & Ziti, Italian Meatballs, Ceasar Salad, & Dinner Rolls.
c.. Photographers will be at the dance for candid as well as portrait and group shots. Parents will be emailed links to pictures after the event so that they can download any shots they would like. This is a free service provided by two of our chaperones.
d.. Music: Live DJ
e.. The dance will be chaperoned by our "dance committee" which consists of 10 home educating parents who are organizing the dance.
f.. This is primarily an event for home-educated/ unschooled kids, however close "schooled" friends are welcome.
g.. All attendants MUST have a signed release and waiver and a signed code of conduct (2 forms) or they will not be permitted into the dance.
h.. Pre-registration is REQUIRED, no one will be allowed to pay at the door. Registrations MUST be received by Saturday, Oct. 20
i.. We are asking that each family register individually for ease of communication with parents.
j.. Some volunteers will be needed to help with set-up - please email Gina at gckhomeschool@ gmail.com if you live in the area and would be able to help us with set-up.
k.. Drinks and waters will be available for purchase, attendants are not allowed to bring in any beverages.
