Beautiful Minds Challenge at Marlboro College in Vermont. 

Homeschoolers welcome!

Prompt: “Make something beautiful. Say why it is.”

2012 Submission Deadline: Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 11:59pm

Eligibility: The challenge is open to all teens (14-19). You are welcome to work alone, but encouraged to work with up to two teammates.

What to Submit: 1) An example of beauty, created by you/your team and documented in a digital format and 2) A cover letter that explains why your submission is beautiful.

Homeschool Teen Dance

"After some ups and downs we have finally found a place to hold the first Homeschool Teen Dance.

It will be held on Oct. 6 which is a Saturday.  

Time - from 6:30 to 9:30.  I will have chaperons so parents can drop off and pick up. 

Place - Epsom American Legion  (address) This is a non-drinking hall.

Fee - $5.00 per teen.   I hope in the future this fee will come down with the more teens that come.  The fee is ONLY to cover rental fees and expenses.  I DO NOT plan on making any profit.

Theme - The 80's!  The girls thought it would be fun to start out with a themed dance.   The music will be all 80's classics (Ouch - it hurt to say that!) and please let your teens know to dress for the 80's.  Big hair, leg warmers, neon clothing, mismatched earrings, we want to see it all!

This is for ages 13 and up only.
