Children in grades 3 to 5, come to the Antrim Elementary School Gymnasium to join naturalist Jenn Sutton as she experiments with solar energy, tornados, and goo! Conduct safe science experiments of your own with items found around the house. Satisfy the curiosity of the mind by participating in and understanding hands-on experiments including soap explosions, solar cooking, and tornado tube racing. Be ready to be amazed! We’ll discover which birds stay in NH during these cold months, and we’ll make tasty bird treats to hang outside the library. Bird legends and stories will fill your imagination, and you’ll get to make and take your own bird field guide and bird-feeding treat.
