Do all shrubs look like a collection of sticks to you in winter. Would you like to be able to tell them apart on your property or on your hikes? This is an introductory class on winter shrub identification. We'll begin with some indoor instruction on plant parts and use of a dichotomous shrub key then head outside to key out a number of common native shrubs. Dress for the weather.
