Bid Farewell to Winter with a Hike

Time: 9:30 AM-3:00 PM
Place: Otter Brook Preserve, Sullivan, NH (about 7 miles from Keene)
Price: Free
Ages: Older

Moderately strenuous hike up 400 feet over Wilder Hill, down to Bolster Pond, and beyond, with an eye out for wildlife sign (very plentiful on past winter visits). Meet leaders Roger and Ann Sweet at 9:30 am, at the preserve parking area in Sullivan, (take Centre Street to Bowlder Road, which is a continuation of Valley Road). Back about 3 pm. Cosponsored with The Nature Conservancy.

Place: Unitarian Universalist Church, 25 Main St., Peterborough, NH (about 22 miles from Keene)
